Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on regular priced items, you may return your unused product within 30 days. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of your purchase less the cost of shipping.
To process your refund or exchange request, simply notify is at firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us of your reason for return. Your feedback, both positive and constructive, is greatly appreciated as is it through your comments that we are able to improve the quality of our products and develop new products to meet your needs.
You will be issued a return authorization number, which we ask you to document on the original receipt/packing slip. All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt/packing slip. Returned items will be inspected for use and damage.

The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping UPS Ground or USPS with tracking number and insurance. Your refund will be credited within 10 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged product, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. A photo of the stated damage will be greatly appreciated. In order to receive a replacement for damaged product, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep the original shipping box and packaging materials until the damage claim has been settled. You will not incur any additional shipping charges related to a damage claim.
